Individual
In individual counseling you will work one-on-one with a trained clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment, where you can explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, and identify aspects of your life that cause you to feel stuck or unhappy. You will set personal goals, and work towards the desired change.
Telehealth
You will receive the same top quality therapeutic services as you would in person, all from the comfort of your home or office, via a HIPAA compliant Telehealth Platform. You and your therapist will set and work towards your personal goals, and explore the narratives that aid in keeping you feeling stuck in your life.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is an innovative therapy using aspects of EMDR, mindfulness, and brain and body-based therapies, and is based on the belief that certain eye positions can tap into emotions, sensations, and memories because they access specific spots in the brain where traumatic memories are stored, and are difficult to access through conventional talk therapy.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Offered from March to May and October to December only, Walk & Talk Sessions are a great way to incorporate movement and the outdoors into your therapy treatment. Benefits include improved mobility, reduction of stress, anxiety, and depression, and an overall improvement in your health and well-being.
